Audition Dates:

• October 4, Saturday All District Choir Auditions
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. @ Lee’s Summit West High School

    • October 25, Saturday All State Choir Auditions
    2:00 – 5:00 p.m. @ Lee’s Summit West High School

    ***  There ARE conflicts with various band festivals on Oct 4.  Band kids will need to request early times.  Also, Oct. 25 IS an ACT testing date and that is why the auditions are scheduled in the afternoon.

     

    All-District Choir:

    • January 8, Thursday - All-District Choir Sectional Rehearsals
      7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. @ Lee's Summit HS.
      All-State Choir Rehearsal 4:00 - 6:00p
    • January 10, Saturday - All District Choir/Band/Orchestra
      All Day @ Lee’s Summit HS
    • January 17, Saturday
      ALTERNATE district performance date in case of inclement weather on January 10th
    • January 24, Saturday - 9th/10th grade District Honor Choir
       8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. @ location TBA.

     

    All-State Choir Rehearsal Schedule:

    September 17: 7:30p. MSHSAA Music Rules Meeting. North Kansas City High School Auditorium. Presenter - Carl VunCannon (Blue Springs High School.) Every school is required to have their primary instructor for each discipline present at the meeting.

    September 25: 7:30p. MSHSAA Music Rules Meeting. Raytown South High School Band Room. Presenter - Carl VunCannon (Blue Springs High School.) Every school is required to have their primary instructor for each discipline present at the meeting.

     

    October 6, 2007: All-District Choir Auditions. Audition Coordinator - KC Metro Choral Vice President, Nathan Rudolph (Grandview High School)

    October 27, 2007: Missouri All-State Choir Auditions. This is an ACT Testing Date. Inform your singers to register for another testing date.
